These terms cover this website only. They do not govern any engagement between Flaxvin Technologies and a client — that is set out in the signed agreement for the work, which takes precedence over anything published here.

Marketing material, not a binding offer.
The descriptions of services, engagement models, delivery process and technologies on this site set out how we generally work. They are provided in good faith and kept current, but they describe our usual practice rather than forming contractual commitments. Anything we commit to on a specific project is stated in that project’s agreement.
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or professional advice on which you should act without speaking to us about your circumstances.
Figures and case studies
Where this site presents project examples, metrics or client references that are illustrative rather than verified, they are identified as such on the page carrying them. Do not rely on an illustrative figure as a representation of outcome.
Pricing shown for Pathayam is transcribed from pathayam.app and may change there without this site being updated. The price on pathayam.app governs.

The text, design, layout and inline graphics on this site are owned by Flaxvin Technologies. Pathayam’s source code is published separately under its own licence, and nothing here alters that licence.

Availability
The site is provided as it stands. We aim to keep it available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access, and we may change, move or withdraw any page without notice. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site being available or current, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
External links
Where we link out — to pathayam.app, to GitHub, or elsewhere — we do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their handling of your data. A link is not an endorsement of everything at the other end of it.
General
Governing law and contact.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this website. Where a signed client agreement specifies a different governing law or forum for the engagement, that agreement prevails for matters within its scope.
We may revise these terms. The effective date at the top of this page records when they last changed; continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance of the revision.
