Privacy notice
We collect nothing that identifies you.
This site has no cookies, no tracking pixels and no advertising, and we have installed no analytics of our own. Browsing it creates no record that identifies you to us. The only personal data Flaxvin Technologies holds is what you choose to send us by email.
Effective 17 September 2026.
Summary
The short version.
What we do not do
- No cookies of any kind, first-party or third-party
- No analytics product installed by us — no Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom or equivalent
- No advertising networks and no cross-site tracking
- No session recording, heatmaps or device fingerprinting
- No
localStorageorsessionStorageuse - No account, no login, no visitor profile
- No sale, rental or sharing of personal data with anyone
One exception qualifies the second point: the network that serves this site runs its own cookieless analytics, which we did not add to the pages and cannot see identifying data from. It is described in full below.
What we do hold
- Email you send us, and our replies to it
- Documents you send us as part of an enquiry or engagement
- Contract and billing records for clients, as law requires
That is the complete list. If you have never emailed us, we hold nothing about you.
The enquiry form
The form sends nothing to us.
The project enquiry form on our contact page has no server behind it. Nothing you type is transmitted as you type it, and nothing is saved in your browser.
When you press Send enquiry, the page assembles what you entered into a draft message and opens it in your own email client, addressed to [email protected]. Nothing leaves your device until you review that draft and send it yourself. If you abandon the draft, we never see it.
From that point the message is ordinary email: it reaches our mailbox, and we hold it as described below. You are equally welcome to skip the form and email us directly — the result is identical.
Email we receive
What we hold: your name, email address, and whatever you chose to tell us — company, location, project type, indicative budget, timeline and your description of the work.
Why: to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to scope and deliver the engagement.
How long: enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within twelve months. Where we are engaged, correspondence is kept for the life of the engagement and then for as long as Indian tax and company law requires us to retain the associated records.
Who else sees it: our email provider, in the course of delivering the mail. Nobody else.
Third parties
Two third parties, and what each receives.
Google Fonts
Every page loads two typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. To serve those files Google receives your IP address and browser user-agent string, as it would for any request to any server. Google states that Google Fonts sets no cookies. We receive nothing from this request and have no access to any record of it.
Self-hosting the font files would remove this request entirely.
Cloudflare
This site is served through Cloudflare, which sits in front of our host. Cloudflare injects two scripts of its own into every page at the edge — they are not in our source files, and they do not appear if you fetch the page without a browser.
Cloudflare Web Analytics (static.cloudflareinsights.com, reporting to /cdn-cgi/rum) records page views and performance timings. It is cookieless: it stores nothing in your browser and does not follow you to other sites. We see aggregate counts only — visits per page, load times, broad country and browser breakdowns — never an individual visitor.
Email obfuscation (/cdn-cgi/scripts/…/email-decode.min.js) scrambles the email addresses printed on our pages so that address-harvesting bots cannot read them, and unscrambles them for you. It collects nothing.
Links that leave this site
Our products page links to pathayam.app and to GitHub. Those are ordinary links: nothing is sent to either site unless you click through, and once you do you are on their infrastructure under their privacy terms, not ours.
We embed no maps, no video players, no chat widgets, no social buttons and no third-party scripts of any kind.
Hosting
Server logs are not ours to keep.
This is a static site published with GitHub Pages and delivered through Cloudflare. Like every web server, both record requests — typically IP address, timestamp, the file requested and the user-agent string — as part of operating and protecting the service. We do not export those logs, do not analyse them, and do not combine them with anything else. They expire on each provider’s own schedule.
We keep no server-side record of visitors ourselves.
Your rights
Asking us what we hold.
If you have emailed us, you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days.
Deletion is usually straightforward, because in most cases the only thing to delete is an email thread. Where we are contractually or legally required to retain a record — an executed agreement, or an invoice within its statutory retention period — we will tell you which record and why.
We do not require a specific form, a reference number or proof of identity beyond being able to reply to the address that corresponds with us.
Scope and standing
Flaxvin Technologies is registered in India. Where India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 applies, we act as the data fiduciary for the correspondence described above. Where a client or enquirer is in the UK or EU and the UK GDPR or GDPR applies, our lawful basis is legitimate interest for replying to an unsolicited enquiry, and performance of a contract thereafter.
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not process special-category data in the ordinary course of a project enquiry.
Changes
If this changes, the page changes.
If we ever add analytics, a hosted form endpoint, a chat widget or anything else that collects data, this notice will be updated before that change goes live, and the effective date at the top will move. There is no mailing list to notify, because we do not operate one.
Questions about anything on this page: [email protected].
